This site is for Frey & Company Customers who have a current support contract for their software.

Clients who download software from this area are not permitted to share this information, programs, etc. with others. Software downloads in this area are provided for clients currently on support. The downloads are interim releases and/or program updates. They are cumulative. That is, all modifications, corrections, etc. are incorporated in the update. However, the update will work only if it is applied to the current release.

Download Procedure

• Click on the update you wish to download. You must have a login and password.
• You will be prompted for a destination directory. We suggest C:\Windows\Temp
• After the download, using Explorer, double click on the file. Example:
  C:\Windows\Temp\bucsud.exe
• Follow the Install instructions

  Do not install CUBIC or CHIPS internet updates if using BUCS 10.1
  
  CUBIC Utility Billing Release 10.1.3

Training Schedule(s)

Training schedules are normally set as follows:

BUCS:
Monday-Wednesday, second Monday each month.

CHIPS:
Thursday-Friday, second Thursday each month.

CUBIC:
Thursday-Friday, first Thursday each month.

The only exceptions to the above schedule is for July and August. Please call for details.

On-Site Training is available on a limited basis. It is provided per our daily service rates. Internet based training is available, by appointment.
